Your Life Isn’t One-Size-Fits-All—Your Therapy Shouldn’t Be Either. Every Session, Every Plan, Every Step Is Tailored to You.
What You Can Expect from Working Together
Whether you’re booking a weekly session, a deep-dive intensive, or a full personal retreat—my approach stays consistent: clear, grounded, and designed around you.
Here’s what’s included when we work together:
A Thoughtful Start
We’ll go over your intake paperwork together—not just skim the forms. I want to understand your full story, your context, and your priorities from day one.A Personalized Game Plan
You’ll get a custom treatment plan with clear goals that feel doable and meaningful—never cookie-cutter, never overwhelming. Whether we’re meeting weekly or in a one-time intensive, your care will feel focused and intentional.360° Care—at No Extra Cost
I offer what I call 360° Care: a collaborative, whole-person approach to healing. With your permission, I’ll coordinate with any other providers you’re working with—like your doctor, psychiatrist, or specialist—so your care team is aligned.
(Because yes—even subtle thyroid imbalances or medication side effects can impact your mood. When your providers are connected, your healing is stronger.)
From start to finish, I want you to feel seen, supported, and surrounded by care that actually helps you move forward—not just manage.

Weekly or Twice A Month Sessions: An Anchor When Everything Feels Unsteady
Life hasn’t slowed down, and neither has your overwhelm.
When your schedule is packed, your mind is racing, and your heart feels heavy, it helps to have a steady space to land.
Weekly therapy gives you that anchor.
A consistent rhythm to process what’s unfolding, week by week.
A place where you don’t have to explain everything from the top, just show up as you are.
If you’re in a season that’s stretching you thin, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Let’s move through it, together.
How We’ll Work Together
For New Clients:
I typically meet with new clients weekly for the first six weeks.
This gives us the momentum to build trust, get clear on what’s bringing you in, and begin the deeper work, without losing steam between sessions.
After that, we’ll reassess together and often shift into twice-a-month sessions if that feels supportive for where you are.
For Returning or Established Clients:
If we’ve worked together before-or you’re currently in care—twice-a-month sessions may be a great fit for continued support with more breathing room.
This pace is perfect for maintaining insight, grounding, and staying connected through life’s ongoing ups and downs.
$200 Initial Intake (60 Minutes Session)
$180 (50 Minutes Session)
In Person in Austin & The Rio Grande Valley
Online in Dallas, Houston & Across The State of Texas
I am currently not accepting new clients using insurance benefits at this time.

Therapy Intensives
What Is a Therapy Intensive?
A therapy intensive is like giving yourself a private healing retreat. Instead of squeezing important work into a 50-minute session, you get several hours—or even a full day or weekend—devoted entirely to you. This focused time creates momentum that weekly therapy just can’t always provide.
During an intensive, you’re not rushing against the clock or leaving just as you’re opening up. You have the time and space to sink in, explore, and move through layers of healing in a way that feels both grounded and transformative.
The Benefits of Therapy Intensives
You’ve spent years holding it all together—for your family, your career, your friends. On the outside, you’re composed and capable. On the inside? You’re tired of running on fumes.
A therapy intensive is your chance to pause, breathe, and finally give yourself the space you’ve been giving everyone else.
How Intensives Work
I weave in powerful, research-backed methods like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting to help you access and heal the root of your struggles.
✨ With EMDR, we use gentle, bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping) to help your brain process memories or patterns that may be “stuck.” It’s like finally taking an old wound out of storage, tending to it, and letting your system file it away where it no longer runs your life.
✨ With Brainspotting, we follow your body’s natural signals to locate and release unprocessed trauma stored in your nervous system. Think of it as finding the exact “spot” where your body is holding pain or overwhelm—and gently unlocking it so you can move forward with more freedom and calm.
Together, these approaches create a pathway for deep, lasting healing—not just surface-level coping.
Therapy intensives give you the chance to dive deeper, faster, kind of like pressing fast-forward on your healing.
Whether we’re using EMDR or Brainspotting, these longer sessions help you move through stuck places in a more focused, uninterrupted way, so you can feel real shifts without dragging it out week after week.

Sometimes one hour just isn’t enough. A therapy intensive gives us more time together—anywhere from a couple of hours to a full day or even a few days in a row—so we can really dive in without feeling rushed.
Instead of starting and stopping week after week, we keep the momentum going, which often means you can make meaningful progress in a much shorter amount of time.
An intensive might look like:
A focused 2 hour EMDR or Brainspotting session
A half-day deep dive
Two half days of trauma healing work
A weekend retreat designed for major breakthroughs
It’s like giving yourself the gift of uninterrupted time to work through what’s been holding you back—so you can walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
-
Totally get it. A lot of people come to me after feeling like past therapy just skimmed the surface. What’s different here is that we’re not just talking things through—we’re actually working with tools like EMDR and Brainspotting to help your brain process and release what’s really keeping you stuck. It’s less about endlessly rehashing things, and more about real, lasting relief.
-
Everyone’s different, but honestly, a lot of people start noticing shifts pretty early on—sometimes after just a few sessions. EMDR and Brainspotting are known for helping people feel relief faster than talk therapy alone. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, but you won’t be stuck in therapy forever.
-
Yes! As busy women in midlife it can be really hard to squeeze in weekly or even twice a month therapy. Here’s another option. Lots of my professional women clients will choose to do longer sessions once a month which we call in the therapy world “a therapy intensive”. Intensive are often 2 hours, half a day or multiple days. It’s a fantastic way to dive deep on an issue in a short amount of time rather than trying to squeeze everything into a 50 minute session. I love therapy intensives for my clients and myself.
-
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have all the answers or a clear “starting point” when you walk in. It’s my job to help you sort through everything and make sense of it together. We’ll take it at your pace—no pressure, no judgment.
-
A trained therapist isn’t just there to listen—they’re trained to give you tools, new perspectives, and help you approach things in a way that actually leads to change. Plus, it’s totally confidential, so you never have to worry about others knowing your business. And unlike leaning on friends or family, therapy doesn’t come with strings attached—you won’t feel awkward later or avoid someone because they remind you of a tough time. It’s your space, judgment-free.
-
Great question. Most people are surprised at how calming these sessions feel. You’re totally in control the whole time—we’re not diving into every detail unless you want to. EMDR and Brainspotting help your brain naturally work through the stuff that’s been weighing you down, without forcing you to relive all the painful moments. It’s more about letting your body and mind finally let go of what’s been stuck.
-
Your first session is all about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll spend time talking about what’s been going on for you, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.
I’ll ask you some questions about your history, both the challenges and the strengths, so I can understand the bigger picture of your life. We’ll go at your pace, and you never have to share more than you feel ready to.
We might also talk about different approaches I use in therapy—like EMDR, brainspotting, or other trauma-focused tools—so you can get a sense of what might be a good fit for you.
By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer idea of how we can work together, and we’ll decide on a plan that feels right for you. Most importantly, you’ll leave knowing you have a safe, non-judgmental space to land each time we meet.
-
A Good Faith Estimate is a written notice that explains the expected cost of your therapy services before you start. It’s required by law for clients who don’t have insurance or aren’t using insurance, so you know up front what you may need to pay—no surprises.
-
I offer 50 minute sessions as well as 2 hour extended sessions, half a day sessions, two half day sessions and a 3 day weekend (half day) sessions,
-
There are limited spots for people who would like a reduced fee. Currently, all of the spots are filled, but this may change in the future.
-
Absolutely! it’s completely normal to feel nervous before starting therapy. Opening up to someone new about personal things can feel vulnerable, and that’s a big step. Most people feel some mix of excitement and anxiety at first. The good news is, those nerves usually ease once you’ve had a chance to meet your therapist, see how sessions work, and realize you’re in a safe, supportive space where you’re not judged.
-
It’s hard to know if someone is the right therapist for you just by reading a Psychology Today profile or browsing a website. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute video consultation.
This gives us a chance to actually meet and talk—so you can get a feel for my style, how I listen, and whether you feel understood and comfortable. Therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and like we’re on the same team.
Trust your instincts—if you leave our consultation feeling seen and heard, that’s a strong sign we might be a great fit.
-
That’s completely okay. In therapy, you’re in control of what you share and when you share it. If something feels too hard or too soon to talk about, we can slow down, focus on other areas, or work on building the tools and safety you need before going there. My role is to support you—not to push you into anything before you’re ready.
-
I hear that fear a lot, and I want you to know, there’s nothing you could share that would make me think you’re “crazy” or “too much.” My job is to hold space for all of your experiences, even the ones that feel messy, overwhelming, or hard to say out loud. You’re not here to be judged, you’re here to be understood, supported, and helped.
-
Yes. What you share in therapy stays private and confidential, with only a few exceptions required by Texas law, like if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or concerns about child, elder, or dependent adult abuse. I’ll explain these limits clearly in our first session so you know exactly how your information is protected.
-
Yes! Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. It offers the same level of connection and support, with the added convenience of meeting from a private space that’s comfortable for you.
I also offer EMDR and Brainspotting online, so you can process and heal from the comfort of your own home. With the right setup and guidance, these approaches work just as well virtually as they do in person.
-
You don’t have to have a computer for online therapy, BUT it can make a big difference, especially for EMDR and Brainspotting. For deeper processing work, I recommend using a computer with a larger screen and wearing headphones so you can fully focus and get the most out of the session. If we’re just talking, a phone works fine, but for those deeper sessions, the right setup really helps you feel more engaged and supported.
You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
Healing is possible, and we’ll face the hard stuff together.
A Good Faith Estimate
If you’re paying out of pocket (meaning you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it), you have the right to know what your care will cost—before you commit.
It’s called a Good Faith Estimate, and it’s just a clear breakdown of the expected costs for your services. This can include therapy sessions, related services, or anything else connected to your care.
Here’s what to know:
You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate at any time—even before scheduling.
You’ll receive it in writing at least one business day before your first session.
If your actual bill ends up being $400 or more above what was estimated, you have the right to dispute it.
Bottom line: this is about transparency and helping you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
