From Stretched Thin to Steady is a 4-week women’s therapy group for midlife women navigating stress, anxiety burnout, and the emotional weight of always being the one to hold it all together.
No fixing. No pressure. Just 90 minutes each week to:
slow down and breathe
process what’s been building up, using Brainspotting — a neuroscience-based approach that helps the body let go of stress
learn simple, practical tools to soften the stress & anxiety in everyday life
connect with other women who get it, and who are craving peace too
