What Is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body therapy that helps uncover and release the emotional pain stored deep in your nervous system, often without needing to “talk it all out.”

It works by identifying a “brainspot”, a specific eye position that correlates with where an emotional or somatic (body) experience is held. As you focus on that spot and tune into your internal experience, your brain begins to process and resolve what was once stuck.

We also use bilateral music through headphones during Brainspotting. This rhythmic left-right stimulation activates both hemispheres of your brain, creating movement, flow, and deeper integration.

You’re able to access emotional material that your thinking brain can’t always reach — and shift it at the level where real change happens.
