A 4-week women’s therapy group for women in their 30s, 40s, & 50s navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, and the emotional weight of always being the one to hold it all together.
These 90 minute group therapy sessions help women like you:
Slow down and breathe
Process what’s been building up, using Brainspotting, a neuroscience-based approach that helps the body let go of stress
Learn simple, practical tools to soften the stress & anxiety in everyday life
Connect with other women who get it, and who are craving peace too
