In Person Therapy Intensives Austin & Brownsville
It’s 7:00 a.m., and you’re already behind.
The group text is buzzing, your inbox is overflowing, and your partner just asked if you picked up the dry cleaning.
You scroll Instagram while reheating your coffee for the third time… trying to remember if you responded to the text, answered that email, or just dreamt it.
Your chest is tight, your jaw clenched, and you are wondering if this is anxiety or a hot flash.
And your brain is running disaster drills:
What if I forget something important?
What if everything falls apart?
What if I am the problem?
You’re the one everyone counts on, but lately, you don’t know how much longer you can hold it all together.
You’re tired of feeling caught in this cycle.
Running on Empty with a Smile on Your Face
You’re Exhausted, Anxious, and Done Pretending You’re Fine.
Are you juggling a career, family, and aging parents, and holding it all together feels like an extra full-time job?
Maybe on the outside, it looks effortless.
On the inside? Not so much.
Your brain WON'T.
SHUT. UP...
You’re overthinking, second-guessing, worrying if you’re enough, for everyone.
At 3 a.m., you’re replaying yesterday and dreading tomorrow. You are stuck in a loop of “What if this happens?” and “Am I doing enough?”
It’s not just in your head, your body’s carrying it too.
Tight chest. Clenched jaw. Exhaustion sleep can’t touch.
Anxiety can feel like racing thoughts, a pounding heart, and always bracing for the worst.
It doesn’t have to be like this.
Peace is possible, and you don’t have to find it alone.
Imagine Starting the Day Rooted in Peace, Not Panic
Imagine waking up and not immediately bracing for the day (not checking your calendar, social media or your to do list)
You stretch. You breathe. You feel… grounded. Not because your to-do list disappeared, but because you’re no longer drowning in it.
What if you could feel more like you, present, calm, and connected.
What if the pressure could soften? The panic could quiet. And for the first time in a long time, there’s space for your needs, too.
You can start the day rooted in yourself. You can protect your peace.
Hi, I’m Keely
I am a therapist in Austin, Brownsville, & online throughout Texas who works with women who are always the ones holding it all together...until it starts getting impossible.
If you’re juggling everything and still feel like you’re running on empty inside, you’re not alone.
On the outside, it may seem like you’re holding it all together. But beneath the surface, you’re anxious, bone-deep tired, and quietly wondering, “When is it my turn to rest?”
My approach is warm, grounded, and built on real trauma work. No pressure, no pretense, just room to finally exhale.
As a therapist in Austin & the Rio Grande Valley, I use EMDR, Brainspotting, and deep nervous system work, to gently untangle the old patterns keeping you stuck in survival mode.
Together, we’ll quiet the noise of not being enough, loosen the grip of perfectionism, and gently soften the weight of self-criticism so you can finally feel grounded.

In Person & Online Anxiety Therapy for Women
We Gently Untangle the Overwhelm That's Been Weighing You Down.
This shift doesn’t come from hustling harder or adding another productivity hack. It comes from finally being able to exhale.
In anxiety therapy for women, we gently work with the patterns that have kept you stuck in survival mode for years. Using EMDR and Brainspotting, we create space to feel what you’ve been carrying, and slowly release it.
You don’t have to hold it all together here.
You get to show up exactly as you are, tired, tender, even slightly unraveling.
And in that space, the real work starts.
A Glimpse of Life on the Other Side of Overwhelm
imagine if …
You woke up without a tight chest or racing mind. You stretch, breathe, and actually feel rested.
You didn’t launch into your mental checklist: meetings, groceries, parent check-ins, kid logistics.
You didn’t immediately reach for your phone or scroll through your calendar.
Instead, you pause.
You sipped your coffee while it’s still hot and realize… you can feel calm.
You still have a to-do list, but it doesn’t own you. You’re not waking up already behind.
You started your day with yourself, not your tasks.
You don’t have to do this alone anymore.
Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and didn’t feel real change, it’s understandable to feel discouraged. Maybe you left with a few tools, but not lasting relief.
You’ve journaled, meditated, read the books, listened to the podcasts, even tried the “Let Them” theory and countdown tricks. And for a while, it helped… a little.
But deep down, you’ve realized it’s not that simple.
You don’t need more tips.
Here, you can set it all down and slowly reconnect with what’s been hidden underneath the busyness of everyday life.
That’s where my approach is different. As a therapist in Austin & the Rio Grande Valley I help you go deeper, into the body, the wiring, and the patterns formed long before now. With EMDR, Brainspotting, and CBT, we work with what's been stuck, in your body as much as your mind.
When Therapy (And Self-Help) Haven’t Worked
You Don’t Have to Keep Holding It All Together
If you see yourself in these words, know this:
You’re not failing. You’re just tired from being everything to everyone.
You don’t have to keep pushing through. You don’t have to do it alone.
Time and again, I’ve sat with women just like you in Austin & Brownsville: capable, compassionate, and silently running on empty
And I’ve watched what happens when they finally have space to just be.
This is that space. A place to come back to yourself.
If you’re ready to feel like you again, I’m here.
“Is Anxiety Therapy the Right Fit for You?”

This is for you if..
You’ve been the strong one for too long and you’re ready to be supported
You’re navigating major changes in your life and feel unmoored or invisible.
You’re tired of performing “fine” and craving something real.
You want more than tools. You want the kind of work that reaches your body, not just your thoughts.
You’re open to EMDR therapy, Brainspotting therapy , and a whole-person approach to healing.
You’re ready to explore your patterns and shift the way you show up,for you.
This might not be for you if..
You’re looking for a quick fix or surface-level coping strategies
You’re not ready to slow down or feel your emotions.
You want advice or direction without doing deeper reflection.
You’re in a crisis that requires immediate or emergency support.
You’re hoping someone else will change so you don’t have to.
Future You Is Begging You Not to Wait.
Right now, you might be thinking, “This sounds right… I’ll reach out next week. Maybe once things calm down.”
But let’s be real, when do things ever truly calm down?
Imagine six months from now. Still exhausted. Still stuck in the same anxious loops. Still holding everything together while quietly unraveling. Still waking up dreading the day because there’s no space for you in any of it.
Now imagine a different path, one where you feel more grounded, less reactive, more you. Where your nervous system feels safe. Where you’re sleeping better, snapping less, connecting more. Where you no longer feel like a stranger in your own life.
That version of you? She’s possible. And she’s waiting.
Current You may be on the fence. But Future You? Tune into her. She's begging you not to keep suffering. Whether you work with me or someone else, you deserve to start.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you meet clients, in person and online?
It depends on where you are and what you're looking for. For weekly therapy, Keely meets clients in person in Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley, and online for women anywhere in Texas, including Austin. In Austin, in-person time is reserved for intensives by appointment, so weekly Austin sessions are held online. Brownsville clients can choose in person or virtual. EMDR and Brainspotting work just as well over video, so the depth of the work doesn't change with the format. You only need to be physically located in Texas at the time of each session.
I'm high-functioning and still getting everything done. Is my anxiety "bad enough" for therapy?
Yes. You don't have to be falling apart to deserve support. Many of the women Keely works with look completely capable on the outside, hitting every deadline and holding everyone together, while running on empty on the inside. High-functioning anxiety is still anxiety, and it responds well to the right kind of help.
How do EMDR and Brainspotting actually help with anxiety?
They get underneath the anxiety instead of just managing it. EMDR and Brainspotting work with the way your nervous system holds onto stress and old experiences, so rather than only learning to cope with racing thoughts, you loosen what's driving them. As a trauma specialist certified in both, Keely uses them to help your body and brain stop bracing for the worst.
What if my anxiety is tied to perimenopause or menopause?
That's common, and it's treatable. When your hormones shift, your nervous system shifts with them, and anxiety can spike even if you've never struggled with it before. Keely is a BRIA Certified Menopause Mental Health Provider, so she treats midlife anxiety as the real, physiological thing it is, not stress you should be able to push through.
What are your fees, and do you take insurance?
Keely has a private pay practice. A 15 minute consultation is free, the first session is $200, and ongoing sessions are $150. She isn't in network with insurance, but she provides superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and she accepts HSA and FSA cards.
How often will we meet, and how long does this take?
You set the pace together. Some women start weekly to build momentum, others begin every other week. As things settle, many move to twice a month, then to occasional check-ins. There's no required long-term commitment, and the goal is for you to need therapy less over time, not more.
What happens on the free consultation call?
It's a low-key 15-minute conversation, not a sales pitch. You'll talk about what's been weighing on you and what you're hoping for, and Keely will tell you honestly whether she's the right fit or point you toward someone who is. If it feels right, you book a first session from there. No pressure either way.
