360° coordinated care (with your permission): I'll communicate with any other providers you're working with (your doctor, gynecologist, psychiatrist) so your care team is aligned.

How We Work Together:

Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and do the deeper work, processing what's been building up, understanding the patterns, and developing new tools. When you're ready, we transition together to twice-monthly sessions as a maintenance phase to reinforce progress and keep things moving.

Therapy Intensives

For women who want focused, deeper work than a 50-minute weekly session can hold. Best used for trauma, relational or family trauma, infidelity, and grief, the kind of material that keeps looping no matter how much you've talked about it. EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts-informed work in a longer focused session with integrated follow-up support

Reset Intensive — $850

A focused 2-hour session to work through one specific thing that's been looping: a memory, a reactive pattern, a wound that hasn't quit. Plus one 50-minute follow-up within two weeks so what we opened gets to settle.

Best for: women who want traction on one clear target.

Includes:

  • Pre-intensive Focus Form (completed before we meet)

  • 2-hour intensive session

  • One 50-minute follow-up within 7–14 days

  • Therapy Takeaways email

Breakthrough Program — $1,650

A 3-hour intensive plus three 50-minute integration sessions across six weeks. For the material that needs more than a single focused day — layered trauma, relational wounds, long-standing nervous system patterns that want sustained support, not just a reset.

Best for: women processing complex or layered material who need room for the work to settle in.

Includes:

  • Pre-intensive Focus Form

  • 3-hour intensive session

  • Three 50-minute integration sessions across 6 weeks

  • Pattern Map + Plan (up to 2 pages) — what maintains the loop, top triggers, parts/inner-critic response, between-session practices

  • One mid-cycle 10–15 minute check-in

  • Priority scheduling during the 6-week package window

Payment and scheduling

Payment: 50% at the time of scheduling, 50% due 48 hours before the intensive.

Rescheduling: 7 days' notice required. Inside 7 days is non-refundable.

Frequently asked questions

Got questions? I’ve got answers.

  • e pay. I stopped accepting insurance so I could work with fewer clients, more deeply, without the limitations insurance places on the length and type of care. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds or out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill upon request.

  • Yes. Therapy qualifies as a medical expense under most HSA and FSA plans.

  • How does the weekly-to-biweekly model work? Most clients start with weekly sessions. That consistent rhythm is where the deeper work happens, processing what's been building up, identifying patterns, and building new tools. When you feel ready and we both agree the time is right, we transition to twice-monthly sessions. That's the maintenance phase: reinforcing what you've built and keeping the momentum going without the intensity of weekly work. You're never pushed to transition before you're ready.

  • I maintain a small number of reduced-fee spots for clients with financial need. Ask during your free consultation and I'll let you know what's currently available.

  • Yes, I am currently accepting new clients.

  • Yes. In person in Austin (Northwest Hills neighborhood) and Brownsville (Rio Grande Valley). Online for anyone in Texas.

  • That's one of the most common things I hear. Most of the women I work with have been to therapy before, it may have helped during a different season, or it never quite fit. The approaches I use (EMDR and Brainspotting alongside talk therapy) reach the nervous system in ways conversation alone doesn't. If what you tried before didn't move the needle, that's not a sign therapy won't work — it's a sign you needed a different approach.

  • If you are paying out of pocket, you have the legal right to a written cost estimate before your first session. I provide this automatically. If your actual bill ends up $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

Not sure where to start?
